WHY
GOEDE MOED
Sometimes it's hard to stay optimistic. The news is filled with wars, angry and sad people, and opposing opinions seem to be increasing in our country as well. In Wageningen, we want to gather courage or 'moed'. 'Goede moed', good courage! Courage to look out for each other, to keep talking to each other, and to create a wonderful, welcoming city together. That's why you can join us on Thursday, November 20th, for the second Evening of Wageningse Goede Moed. We'll eat in small groups with fellow citizens who are cooking for each other. Afterwards, we'll gather for dessert in the Grote Kerk. A dessert that consists not only of food but also of Good Courage. So that we can continue our lives feeling energized. On the way to the next Evening of Goede Moed. A short report on the first edition can be found here. All Wageningen residents are cordially invited. And please invite your neighbours, your Wageningen friends, and acquaintances as well. And if you'd like to cook, that's also welcome. Register using the form below. Participation is free. If you think it's a good initiative, you can make a donation so we can organize more Goede Moed events.
